When I built mine it could be paid off in ten years with 10% down. I think I could sell it to my neighbor if he could pay for it in 5 years. That is what I meant by 50%. That would be a good deal for both of us. That 15 year old paid off building will make a lot of money plus the manure. Yeah some repairs but not THAT much.
