Northwest IL | I have a 28' and pull it with a 8430. Makes an excellent seed bed in lots of conditions. It will go through standing stalks, but the job it does depends a lot on previous crop trash/yield. Lighter yielding corn residue goes through and looks a little nicer than high yielding corn residue. Mine has the rolling basket behind the discs and a 6 bar high residue harrow on the back. | |
