Two yrs ago this week, I did that with a place called Coopertown Airboat Rides. It was located on Hwy 41. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone. As someone else said, the 6 hr ride with the individual might be the way to go but I had never done it before & was impressed with the ride I took. I rode on west on 41 & saw lots of gators along the roadside ditches, quite different from W. TN.
