Near-north Ontario, French River | I'd be real curious as to how some of you guys can get buildings built so cheaply. 27k for a 40x60 building...... erected?? That wouldn't cover the concrete and electrical work here, let alone building the actual building. Materials are 3 times that....labour would exceed that as well....... are these bare bones barns? What about snow loads? We got three quotes before building, all were within 5-7500 of of the others, we went with the middle bid for a variety of reasons. I can't help but think if we put on that size of a building and it only cost 27k, that it would blow down if someone farted inside. |
