We built a 48x72 20ft side wall one 24ft overhead door, radiant heat, one walk in doo,r8 windows completely insulated and completely metal lined inside,cemented has a 40ft pad outside wired well and good lighting was around $130K built by ex Menonites and couldn't ask for better job Morton and Lesters were considerably higher and they went with much closer pole setting.
