sc kansas | put up a all steel 48 by 66ft lucas building with 16ft sidewalls and 6ft by 3 inch thick bat insulation all the way around and on roof with a 8ft steel liner package, one 16ft by 14ft and one 12 by 12 ft overhead insulated doors, two 4 by 4 ft windows, one walk door and electrical and cement for $45,000. did all labor myself and had my own tellhandler for erection. roof pitch was 4/12 which added about $500 to cost and building had 2 ft overhangs on sides and endwalls which added about $1,000 to cost. also included 4 ft wainscot and shed was steel gray and almond in color. also included guttering. cement was 5 1/2 inch thick with 3by 3 ft pilings under coulumns on 22 ft centers. took 70 yds concrete for floor and 12 yards for approach with 1/2 rebar in all concrete on 2 by 2 ft squares. no heat tho. | |
