If you can do a 50x50 or 50x60. 40 just isn't wide enough for me and 10 more feet make a hugh difference.
I had a 40x40 and couldn't do anything in it, bought a 50x75 and its huge. Rented a farm with a 50x50 and its seems like double the size of my 40x40 I had.
