Near-north Ontario, French River | Ours is 48x64x18 , one 25ft door, 2 man doors, full concrete with force air heat. Had to so some dirt work to bring things up above grade, run some wire to a pole , small office and bathroom inside, LOTS of lights ... it all adds up.. haven't seen the final bill yet but I'm thinking it came in around 150-155k. If I were you i'd consider going to 18ft walls, slight increase in cost but the added height is really nice. Keep in mind you could lose a foot or so of ceiling clearance for lights and as much as 2 ft around any ceiling fans. |
