Subject: RE: McCormick MTX tractors?

It's good to know I'm not the only one that doesn't like to jump into spending tens of thousands of dollars without shopping around and doing some research.
The best deals are had when you're not in a hurry and are prepared to keep what you have if you don't find what you want for the price you want.   I'm also shocked at what some think high hr used equipment is worth.

FWIW, my uncle has had an MC 105 (I think)  for 5-6 yrs now.   Far as I know he has had very little problem with the tractor.   From the limited time I've spent in it, it seems like a very handy loader tractor with good hyd's, the turn radius is good and the transmission is nice for loader work.    When he bought it I know he commented that he was getting a new tractor for less than what a comparable sized used Deere would cost.
