But a fitting for it can be purchased thru John Deere parts. And I have one on my 4630, and I think have the part number written on the wall of the machine shed.
However many Deere dealers will tell you not to return oil there. Suppose to not go thru the oil cooler or overload the charge pump. Maybe both.
But some Deere dealers will tell you to return there.
My Deere dealer shop foreman has told me not to return oil there. Van Wall Perry Iowa
However I saw the fitting at another Deere dealer, went in and asked about it. They told me it was just fine.
So I purchased the fitting from them. Deere dealer at Carroll Iowa.
Fitting on the side of the SCV is for return. It is SAE thread.
