Seen opposite here got customers complaining that the NH bales are too tight an heavy, got asked to turn it down. I always ran pressure pretty high on my JD, if I run the pressure over 1500 on my NH im making1750 lb grass bales an 2k+ lb alfalfa bales w dry hay.

Same here. The NH will make a bale like a rock. Seems when guys crank the pressure all the way up on the Deere they torch themselves. I'd say it's about 50/50 Deere to NH here. Also about 100/1 wrap to twine. Can't hardly give a twine baler away here.

In the end, I don't think either brand is better than the other. They both have their strengths and weaknesses. 90% of it comes down to adjustments and operator.
