| Sounds to me like we are creating/have created a lot of slack supply. If price goes up all those pumpjacks will be running again. The exploration has been done. The technology advancements and infrastructure are in place to quickly expand supply. Kind of like the corn market without the weather concerns. Took us a few years to ramp up production but the idle capacity is there if the price is right.
