Here,s how I would do it ; put # on each parcel . Then have both families there , Draw a parcel # and do a family auction for each parcel . When done add up what each side spent and subtract the lessor amt from the high one .then have the high spender pay !/2 the difference in cash to the other and there should be no complaints or whining .. And each should have the parcels they really wanted ...
