Our blue healer had 9 pups last spring, we supplemented them with a recipe we found on the internet, 1 cup plain yogurt, 12 oz.evaporated milk, tsp of corn syrup to prevent hypoglycemia and 1/2 cup water all blended. The pups didn't like a nipple but they slurped it down like crazy from a bowl. Use a small enough bowl that they CAN'T crawl in. After a few days we started blending puppy chow in to the mix and then started offering a bowl of dry puppy chow. the transition to dry food was seamless.
