NH has bent over backwards to make me happy. I suspect your dealer may be a problem not to mention your service department. There are some things I won't let any dealer touch. Our service dept knows nothing about big squares. We knew that from day one and therefore have done ALL our own service on it. Knotters come completely apart on the bench every year.
