the ih 3688 is rated at 110 pto or 100 drawbar.
i have plenty of power to pull it. i used to pull the
splitter unit behind my 4 rn 7200 corn planter
with a ih 686 which is rated at 58 drawbar or 66 pto.
i would say 90 pto would be the minimum on the 15 rows.
i only use it for soybeans. corn is 30".
