I have no idea how many combines of any flavor were sold in the US or anywhere else in 2005.

  I know that Claas and Deere offer walker machines.  I believe that CNH does at least in Canada  but I can't say that for sure. 

Since the whole conversation started out with a Claas combine, yes, it seems fairly obvious that we are talking about more then just US built machines.   

I'm pretty sure of one thing, and that is that I don't know everything.  :)
