Our Ranger won't start most of the time. It doesn't put any power out to the rest of the components. Sometimes if you leave the key on for a while, the gear selector light will come on eventually and you know then that it will start. Battery and connections are fine. Can't seem to find any obvious solenoids that are not getting power. Almost seems like it is in the key switch itself. Just thought I'd see if there are any common problems with these before I dig further. Once started, it doesn't ever leave us stranded. Messing with the key switch both with the key and behind on the wiring never helps which is why I'm skeptical that it is the key switch.
