Subject: Health ins. Question

Jake,
I have a C-corp and currently pay my health insurance with a check from the corp directly to the Insurance co. My accountant told me last week the corp is going to have to give me a pay raise so I can then write the check personally to pay for my own insurance. Of course that would then raise my personal tax liability. He said this is part of the new health laws unless my corp has a qualified group plan. Is this correct. Is there any way around this. Thanks
