With a shorter wheelbase than my land battleship you can get under your 81' limit. Both are legal (here) for around 1700 bu. Heck I will even sell you the trains so we can buy another straight 5axle!! Number one and five on the straight trailer are steering axles. Not sure if Michigan has jumped on this technology or not but they should.
