USA		$100,000 income on a C corp in IL, state will get an additional $9500 for a total of $31,500

Husband and wife in IL with $100,000 income would owe $14,800 fed income tax + $15,300 SE tax + $5000 state income tax= $35,100 .

$3600 tax savings is nothing to get excited about with the extra cost and headaches of having a C corp.
