N FLA | That's what stimulated this post. Guys the other day saying you would be ripping off a landowner not to give $150 an acre for grazing in our area. When the local price is more like $30-50. I agree it tends to balance out in the long run. Also right on the lower calf prices. Lower quality also, kind of all justified. Recent short supply was probably an undeserved local advantage due to overpaying for lower quality just to get numbers. One of those short term inefficiency. | |
