As much as I hate to add to Mr. Gates' treasure trove, if you can afford it get Microsoft Publisher. It is available as either a stand alone program or as part of Microsoft's "Office Suite." It works great for projects like that. An open source program that will do the same thing but is more complicated to run is Serif Page Plus.
