We use jar rubbers as used on mason jars. Wide mouth size. Put in hot water to make them more pliable. Cut one horn off, stretch rubber on then cut the other off. Weather using twine or jar rubbers best to remove within 24 hours but jar rubbers stretch and are more forgiving.
