MN | Put a 1000 rpm knuckle on your blower and go to work, watch your PTO speed, throttle down to 540-600, when the snow gets deeper and the engine pulls down a bit give it more throttle, be ready to back off when you get through the deep stuff. I did that for several years with a 4255 1000rpm pushing 540 blower. If you have a HD blower you will be fine just don't get carried away and do not forget it is a 540 gearbox. You will have slower ground speed with the engine speed lower. Nice looking tractor and they hold their value. | |
