+1 on the above post on 1000 RPM blower
On the 3 point, 2 common things I see on these with low usage are:
1. ) Water from a power washer gets in the seals past the ram or cylinder rod, and rusts and expands to make it tight or tight enough the draft links will not go down,
usually, a loader bucket can break these loose.

the worse one is :

2.) the bottom pivot pins get seized to the cylinder base and frame where lower pins go in, its a job that is fixable, but can take a lot of time, torching, or trying to budge those lower pins to get them to come out. Carbon arc cutting works good, if one available in your area. Sometimes welding a large bolt to the pin and using it as a jack bolt or puller can get some out, it will depend on the tractor.

8110 is a good tractor, very dependable around here, nice for visibility, flotation, I would like to replace my 4440 with one.
I am surprised on the rebuild at 4200 hours, I know many 8000 series here with over 5-7 K and a couple with over 10K and still run decent, and shift good.
If the rebuild is from a reputable shop, then should be ready to go. If Deere shop did it , you should have some warranty ....
