ECWI | Only 4200 hrs and needed rebuilding? Those 8.1 motors are pretty bullet proof.
I would say poor maintaince or 14200 hrs on it!
Also at that price I would think it should have duals and front weights. Engine warranty with it? I can try pushing 3 pt down with bucket, but some pins may be seized up or cylinders need new seals. Grease everything good first. Can u get previous owners phone number to talk to him about it? That may be the best route.
