It's one from July 28, 2012. There are a few really important ones like this that are still viewable but I fear come the first of the year they may all go away. Karl seems to be hinting at shutting things down as he has been discussing this for years and yet sees no positive benefit from doing it if it does not spur folks to demand change.

I agree not really a system designed to benefit the citizens. That was why the 3.5 hour video by Bill Still sharply focused for me  how we have gotten to this point.
