Von, it's a great video, watched it yesterday. USA watchdog is one of my mainstays, and always keep an eye out for his new interviews. Real news, with competent industry professionals who's opinions you would otherwise never find on tv.

I was actually going to post a link to this video, but figured I already sound like a broken record on this subject matter lol. But I think that the concerns this attorney raises are some of the most frightening, since their likelihood of occurring is not only high, but in fact is being green-lighted with legislation. It happend in Cyprus, it's already set up to happen in EU, Canada has legislated a framework for it...

Her arguments make sense. There won't be a taxpayer bailout again. It will be a creditor bailout. The FDIC shortfalls and chain of events she describes should behoove folks to start looking a concrete alternatives.
