See if it has had the main bearings on the crank redone. I was always told the ISX needed to be done by 650,000 and the N-14's could go to 1 million. Run a 500 ISX in a 05 kenworth love the power but doesn't matter if you baby it or run it hard it gets 5-5.5 MPG.
