Metro Buffet is a Chinese Buffet.  It's best to go during the lunch or dinner hour as the food will be more fresh.  Ryan's Steakhouse is still there and kicking, I haven't been since I was a little kid, 20+ years ago.  

HuHot is kinda a buffet, as you can go up and get as many plates as you want, and they cook it right in front of you.  Speaking of which, I need to go there again, as talking about it makes me hungry.  Not familiar of any other buffets in CR, and I've lived in the area my whole life.
