North of London | We have all had those nights but I will second hard knocks suggestion.
It is a learned thing maybe but find something else to occupy your mind with like the old thing about counting sheep.
Deep breathing and turn the mind off.
I like a clock radio on with quiet music then make yourself relax start with toes and fingers then work you way up your body, that is the learned part.
But sometimes I just have to get up and make a cup of hot chocolate and do something for a little while. | |
