Do any of you use touch screen with your desktops? Does it work ok? Or do you get confused between that and the mouse usage? Different dynamics compared to a laptop/tablet in my mind.

I was looking for a new monitor for my Windows 8.1 box.  Thought a touchscreen would be nice after seeing how it works on my wife's laptop.   Did some research and could not find economical larger high quality screens.  You can find them but I was not willing to spend that much money for this computer setup.  I ended up getting a 23" Asus for $130.
