West Cental Arkansas | I have the same problem as you. I can go to sleep as soon as I go to bed , but staying asleep is the problem. I no longer farm. It is 4:26 am right now and I am awake posting on Ag Talk. Last night I was awake at 1 am. I stay awake for at least an hour to 1 1/2 hours then I can go back to sleep. I don't have anything eating at me----unpleasant job, almost retired----have no debt---good marriage--- I just wake up. Have read this is do to aging---I am 61.
