I can always fall asleep by 10 pm, my trouble is "staying" asleep. I've never taken ambien but I once witnessed the side effects of it, serious hallucinations, enough for me to know I don't want any of that. I have taken Benidril, that helps me but I'm just not a fan of taking any kind of drug. SO, I catch up on Agtalk.
