Do you know how to close apps? You might just have too much stuff open at once which can bog the system. To close an app press the home (round) button twice (like a double click), then swipe the app up. Repeat to close everything, then try safari.
There was a buggy version of iOS. Try Settings > General > Software Update and see if you have the latest version. If not, upgrade to the latest version.
You might be watching high def videos which take longer to load. To change that, click the little gear in the YouTube video and change the quality.
Your wifi might just be slow?
Does the bar at the bottom of the video turn light grey? It starts black, turns light grey as the video buffers (loads) and turns red as its played. If it's not turning light grey it's a program problem. If it's turning light grey it's just loading slow. |
