You have taught a lot of people a lot of things.
Your reasoning makes a lot of sense to me, especially on the K-B and Boron. That really works well here. Any tissue test will show it is going to, also.
You fessed up on your WAG I have been operating on all my life.
A farmer might not be able to afford the bill on all those needed nutrients so I divide his budget into the total bill to come up with a balance of nutrients it looks like the crop will need.
About that time, you get poor uptake like this year and it doesn't come out like you would hope it would but your crop is still so much better than it would have otherwise. We have good color in our crop and I hope it works out a profit for all involved.
We don't have the alkaline soils and organic matter you have but nutrient balance is still important and you have that figured out.
