Subject: RE: Generic Capture vs. Capture LFR - Metering Pumps

Renville Minnesota

We purchased 2 of the more expensive versions from CR last year.   They have a "Headline" sticker on em.

The only problem ours encountered was when we switched 10-34-0 tanks from the planter to the tank up front of the tractor (we run two tanks).  The suction from our piston pumps sucked the dosatron tanks dry in a second, I think due to more suction needed to get liquid from front of tractor tanks.    Had zero problems when the tanks on the planters which basically gravity fed to the pump.

Might have to pump front to back this year.  The savings are huge..      Yes, capture isn't the best product out there for westerns.   It does smack our northern's, and also many more bugs not beneficial towards the achieving the end goal.
