NE SD | Honest numbers with cost of living. Cost of living has to come from somewhere so I figure it in.

Will never get a true answer from all farmers. If land is owned and paid for you need to figure what it could be rented for as a cost/expense. Machinery paid for? It still will depreciate some or if not it will need repairs. Nothing lasts forever and you would need to figure what you could sell that that machinery for if not farming and using it.
