You may be right.
Those farmers that are hunkering down, are they the ones that pay cash for everything from savings or the ones with operating lines of credit and debt levels?
In the 80's, most were hunkering down. The ones with savings were buying land.
Are you confused between the difference in capital and debt? I'd say most of the world is right now. LOL
Negative interest rates coming?
