I have this problem every so often. I lay on my side and my wife fills my ear with peroxide. It feels cold and tickles but I lay still for 5 minutes. Then I use a bulb syringe to spray warm water in the ear and out comes the gunk. Works perfectly every time and then I have awesome hearing again.
