07 was the last year of pre DPF trucks, not 06. We bought an 07 isx with 660k two years ago. Upper 50s. Been a money pit. Probably should have just bought a new one. Head gasket out or cracked head right now. If the liner protrusion isn't right it will need an overhaul. Hopefully the deck isn't washed out.
