I don't think you can get a jake on a B series ,it would be a exhaust brake.Its just a butterfly that goes in past the turbo.Also as far as I know your not going to get that allison in the dodge cummins.I would say that if you could get a real jake for the pickup it would sell good but as I know there is nothing out there.I'm sure somebody will correct me if i'm wrong.
