When he asked if I was ready to talk I laughed so loud he probably had to take the phone away from his ear. I'm not usually quite so rude.
unfortunately rude is the only way to get your point across, I had a call too, said I'm in no hurry, they said they need to know to get order in, not my problem, what happened to the customers always right? feel bad for the sales guys, but sheeez maybe they had it to easy the last few years, let them sweat. |
