| I personally think with a 1037 bale wagon you would get by fine and see how it works for yo. I have picked up 18 loads, hauled them 3 miles 1 way and backed them in a barn and stacked them inside. This was with a 4020 and not even a big day. We have had a 1033(old vesion of 1037) since 1973 and have only replaced the chains and sprockets twice and the pump once. It use to pick up easily 20k bales a season but nowadays is around 5-6k is all. They are actually very trouble free as long as the bales are made to work on it. 38 inches length here and as heavy as you wanna make them. | |
