I am not considering the Bale Bandit for a few reasons, mainly the price but also the fact that they do not have a great reputation for reliablitly and customer support is not ideal as there are no local dealers.

Right now my customers do not mind heavy bales as they usually open the bale at the stack and take what they need to feed their horses. I planned on explaining to my current customers my plans after this season and get their feedback as well. I would explain to them the way the system works as well as the bigger bales and price increase. I know my one customer would be happy as right now I take 2100 bales to their farm and they pay me to stack it in their barn so this system would work great for their setup. They would need fewer bales and I can stack their pole building much easier when it fits in my schedule.
