There's a dairy not far from here, and I have no idea how they do it. Couple old guys, half a dozen kids coming and going, some grandkids helping out.. A bunch of them have no other jobs, so I can only assume the farm is paying them somehow.. I'm just not sure how they ever figure out whats fair. But I've heard it's been that way since the generation before even the ones I know of. So they manage
