I like to take the steaks and chops and marinate them in a Ziploc bag with Italian dressing for at least a couple hours, overnight preferably, before grilling. Bacon wrapping the tenderloin chops works good too. Don't cook it to death! A nice medium is the most I like to cook deer meat, it doesn't have the fat like beef so it dries out quick.
