Beresford, SD | Feeder and Garvo are 100% right SHRINK in the cattle business is everything...(cattle and feed)....Have to understand it. Garvo...on gains Pay weight to pay weight. Deads included on first pay weight. I have not sold cattle "in the meat" for over 8 years. Been selling with a 3% am load coop scale.....Once the cattle are loaded the packer OWNS them and are in their CONTROL and I know exactly what my check will be.
