We are having more and more trouble with misdirected mail. Talking to friends who work for the PO it seems a lot of the trouble is the new improved system. Used to mail was somewhat sorted locally. Local mail was sorted out and never left the local office. Now it all goes to a central processing location where they sort it and return it.
Having a new carrier from out of town who outbid the route from a local gal doesn't help. Any mistake she makes get blown out of proportion. |
